In the thrilling DODDS-Europe Division I girls basketball championship game, Wiesbaden managed to fend off a late rally by the surprising Kaiserslautern Lady Raiders to secure a 37-32 victory. Despite Kaiserslautern’s comeback attempts, Wiesbaden held on for the win, much to the delight of the energetic crowd present at the event.
Lady Warriors coach Jim Campbell credited the victory to a collective effort by the team, emphasizing the importance of their strong defensive performance.
